Agreement to Terms

When you use StreetSafe Hollister Towing services, you agree to these terms. By calling us, requesting a tow, or using our website, you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

Our Services

We provide emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services in Hollister, CA and surrounding areas. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where safety is compromised, illegal activity is suspected, or payment cannot be secured. We'll always do our best to help you, but safety comes first.

Pricing and Payment

You agree to pay for all services provided at the rates quoted or posted. Prices are subject to change based on distance, vehicle type, time of day, and specific service requirements. We'll give you an estimate before starting work whenever possible.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you can't pay immediately, we may hold your vehicle until payment is received. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left at our facility.

Vehicle Condition and Liability

You're responsible for telling us about any pre-existing damage to your vehicle before we start the tow. We'll do our best to transport your vehicle safely, but we're not responsible for damage that existed before we arrived.

We carry proper insurance and licenses as required by California law. Our liability is limited to actual damages directly caused by our negligence during the towing process. We're not responsible for mechanical failures, weather damage, or issues unrelated to the tow.

You should remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. We're not responsible for items left in your vehicle, though we'll do our best to keep your vehicle secure.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your service request, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver is already on the way or has arrived at your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover our dispatch and travel costs.

Abandoned Vehicles

If you don't claim your vehicle or pay outstanding fees within 30 days, your vehicle may be considered abandoned. We'll follow California law for abandoned vehicle procedures, which may include sale or disposal of the vehicle.

Disputes

If you have a problem with our service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Most issues can be worked out with a simple conversation. Any legal disputes will be handled in San Benito County, California under California state law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on our website with a new date. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
